On December 8 th 2005, Christie’s Auction House will be presenting Exploitation Poster Art: The Tony Nourmand Collection. The full collection totals over 300 pieces, many of which are featured in Exploitation Poster Art (Aurum Press). This is the first time a collection of this type has been collated. It is unique in scope and over 80 percent of the material has never been published or seen before. The collection is significant artistically and is important as a document of social history and popular culture.
